I love to train hard and heavy, preferably with either AC/DC or Taylor Swift playing to suit the swings of the day. Getting into strength training gave me a feeling of purpose and empowerment that I’d never felt for my body before.

Now I coach others to find their same meaning within movement. To find joy in something means it will stay with you and so my training is fun, challenging and ever evolving.

Since basing myself at AnatomySW and helping with its open, I’ve never felt like I can offer such a high quality of service.
